Job summary

WOW Softech in India is seeking a role focused on identifying and evaluating sites for business expansion and new projects. The position leads site acquisition, negotiates deals, and builds relationships with customers, landowners, vendors and key stakeholders.

You will liaise with government authorities to obtain approvals and drive strategic business development to grow the company’s presence in target markets, supported by market research and competitive analysis.

• Identify and evaluate potential sites for business expansion and new projects.
• Lead site acquisition activities, including feasibility assessment, commercial negotiations, and deal closures.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, landowners, vendors, and key stakeholders.
• Liaise with government authorities and local bodies to obtain necessary approvals, permissions, and clearances.
• Drive strategic business development initiatives to expand the company's presence in target markets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
• Manage negotiations, documentation, and agreements related to site acquisition.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of acquisition and expansion plans.
