Job summary

RealtyRoof in Pune is scaling its Land Vertical, focusing on agricultural land, NA plots, farmhouse land and large land parcels across Maharashtra. You will source land mandates, build pipelines, conduct field visits and title checks, and coordinate with teams to close multi-crore deals.

Candidates should have 5+ years in land sales, a robust network around Pune, and willingness for daily field travel with own vehicle; incentives offered on every closed deal, with fast-track leadership

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in land sales, land acquisition or land business development.
• Strong understanding of Maharashtra land records, NA conversion and land use zones.
• Existing network of landowners and land brokers around Pune.
• Proven deal-closing record with HNI/investor clients.
• Own two-wheeler or four-wheeler, comfortable with daily field travel.
• Experience with plotting or farmhouse projects.
• Knowledge of DP/RP plans, PMRDA and MIDC zones.
• Exposure to JV and joint development agreements.
• Comfort with CRM and digital lead follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Source land mandates directly from landowners, aggregators and developers
• Build a pipeline of land parcels across Pune outskirts, Lonavala, Mulshi, Bhor, Velhe, Alibaug and Konkan
• Do field visits, site assessments and first-level title checks (7/12, 8A, mutation entries, access road, zoning)
• Pitch and close deals with HNI and investor buyers in the ₹1 Cr to ₹10 Cr+ range
• Structure JV, joint development and outright sale deals with landowners and developers
• Coordinate with legal, survey and registration teams till deal closure
• Build a local network of village-level brokers, talathis and land consultants

We’re now scaling our Land Vertical, focused on agricultural land, NA plots, farmhouse land and large land parcels across Maharashtra.

• Source land mandates directly from landowners, aggregators and developers
