Manam Chocolate in Delhi is seeking a Team Leader/Supervisor to oversee daily café and floor operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and motivate a team including Baristas, CSAs, Stewards and Captains.

This permanent, full-time role requires leadership, clear communication, and the ability to manage schedules, hygiene standards, inventory, and daily reports; weekend availability is required. Pay starts at ₹20,000 per month with health insurance, provident fund and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 1-6 years of experience in hospitality, café, or retail operations.
• Preference for prior supervisory or team-leading roles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
