• Customer-service orientation is essential.
• Familiarity with MS Office and POS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the outlet.
• Lead, motivate, and guide the team to achieve operational and sales targets.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Allocate duties and manage staff shifts effectively.
• Monitor attendance, grooming, punctuality, and discipline of team members.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
• Ensure proper product presentation, hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the concerned team for replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational guidelines.
• Support billing, cash handling, and daily sales closing procedures.
• Train and coach new and existing team members.
• Coordinate with the Outlet Manager and other departments for smooth operations.
• Prepare and maintain daily operational reports as required.
