Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a barista or in food & beverage service is preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso preparation is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Welcome customers, take orders, and provide menu recommendations.
• Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, POS systems, and other café equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and seating areas.
• Restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies.
• Follow food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
