Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, bakery, or specialty coffee outlet.
• Good knowledge of coffee brewing methods and espresso-based beverages.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Leadership ability and team-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts.
