TVS Motor Company in Mysuru is seeking a Diploma holder for hands-on machine maintenance to ensure high availability. You will participate in daily maintenance planning, perform scheduled servicing and calibration, and address safety issues with a proactive approach.

The role focuses on root-cause identification, preventive/predictive maintenance, and AMC-based service activities, contributing to reliable plant operations at the unit.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering or Mechatronics.
• 5-10 years of work experience in machine maintenance or similar role.
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Responsabilités

• Conduct sunrise meeting with the workmen.
• Allocating work and maintaining self log cards for workmen.
• Maintain 2S and VCS updating.
• Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance as per the schedule.
• Identify root causes of breakdowns using why-why analysis.
• Carry out services as per schedule for machines under AMC.
• Clear abnormalities and unsafe conditions identified in audits and calibrate process instruments.

To ensure availability of machines in the respective unit, by adhering to PM schedule and carrying out corrective maintenance.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct sunrise meeting with the workmen.
• Allocating work and maintain self log card for workmen.
• Maintain 2s and VCS updating.
• Carryout preventive / Predictive maintenance as per the schedule.
• Identifying the root causes of breakdown through why why analysis

• Carryout services as per schedule for machines under AMC.
• Clear the abnormalities & unsafe conditions identified in audits and carryout process instruments calibration.
