Job summary

TVS Motor in Hosur seeks a Quality Process Lead to drive overall planning and execution of quality processes across design and development phases of NPD, upgrade and refresh projects. You will participate in market surveys, road trips, and style clinics to understand customer needs and align targets.

You will monitor TGW, DVP, CUFT, and post-launch feedback, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet policy targets and deliver improvements.

1. Purpose

Over all planning and execution of quality process across the design and development phases of the NPD, upgrade and Refresh projects

Role Description

• Participate in Market survey, road trip, style clinic to understand customer needs for preparing HOQ


• Arrive and agree quality targets, RDML targets means for achieving


• Improve TGW through Focus quality action plan agreement


• Participate in DFMEA session and provide input to RND on PPP


• Plan and monitor beta DVP


• Participate in CUFT and understand customer feed backs


• Analyse, initiate action and close DVP, CUFT issues in PQM


• Complete DR gates check points as per project timeline


• Understand Post launch TGW, TGR and customer complaints through field visits


• Analyse initiate actions for PPFR, TGW issues and close issues in PQM


• AQI achievement as per policy targets


• TGW achievement as per policy targets


• Achieve TGR apeal score as per policy targets


• Achieve FQI score as per MPCP


• Achieve DWM adherence 100%. PQM, TOC


• Adherence to milestone/DR gate timelines
