Job summary

Europa Locks requires a production supervisor to oversee the press shop and machine shop activities and ensure quality output. The role involves guiding a team, deploying manpower as per production requirements and maintaining records of production, material movement and productivity.

You will ensure safety and quality standards across shifts, with planning aligned to kit requirements. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of press shop experience, is capable of team leadership, and holds BE or DME

• DME/BE with 2-3 years experience
• Male, up to 30 years age
• Should have relevant press shop experience 2-3 years
• Good team handling skills

Responsibilities

• Supervising press shop and machine shop activities
• Conducting quality checks on output products
• Deploying manpower as per requirement
• Guiding operatives and die setters to complete tasks
• Maintaining records related to production, rejections, material movement and manpower productivity
• Managing manpower and material in the shift/process
• Ensuring conformance to quality parameters and norms
• Production planning with supermarket reds and kits planning
• Maintaining manufacturing basics and safety on the shop floor

Job description

• Supervising Press Shop and Machine Shop overall activities
• Conducting quality checks on output products
• Deploying manpower as per requirement
• Guiding operatives and die setters and core labours to complete the assigned tasks
• Maintaining records related to production, rejections, material movement, BOM Valuesand manpower productivity.
• Managing manpower and material in the shift / process
• Ensuring conformance to quality parameters and norms
• Production planning wrt Supermarket’s reds and kits planning
• Maintain Mfg. Basics and Safety at all the time on shop floor

Competency (Candidate Profile)

• DME / BE Having 2-3 years' experience Male up to 30 years of age
• Should have relevant press shop Exp 2-3 years
• Good team handling skills
• Press tooling knowledge required
