Qualifications

Role Summary

• To carry out press operations like press Outer panel production.
• Achievement of shop target / Objectives in their responsible area.
• Driving Safety, Quality, Productivity and 5S in their respective area Improvements and Employee Involvement.
• Ensure the safe working environment in their respective area.
• Basic knowledge of Machine and Die trouble shooting.
• Ensuring the safe conditions and acts at shop floor.
• Ensuring employees skill level training and development.
• Ensuring materials availability to perform the daily production process.
• Training of employees.
• To perform and ensure the work as per standard.
• Involving in improvement activities/ suggestion's.
• To ensure actual production as per production plan.
• To communicate to external team and good communication with reporting manager.
