Job summary

Europa Locks in Pune is seeking an automation engineer to develop and maintain PLC programs for industrial systems. You will design and configure HMI/SCADA and perform commissioning, testing, and validation across PLC, HMI, VFD, and sensors to ensure reliable operation.

The role requires reading electrical drawings and P&IDs, coordinating with electrical, mechanical, and production teams, and preparing commissioning reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
• 4–5 years BE in PLC programming & industrial automation.
• 7–8 years Diploma in PLC programming & industrial automation.
• Hands-on with PLC brands: Siemens, Allen‑Bradley, Mitsubishi, Delta, Omron, Schneider.
• Experience in HMI/SCADA development and industrial communication protocols.
• AutoCAD Electrical knowledge preferred.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and P&IDs.
• Knowledge of VFD configuration and servo drive integration.
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork.

Responsibilities
