Designation: PLC/ Automation Engineer

Location: Thane

Qualification: BE/B.Tech /Diploma - Electrical, Instrumentation, EEE, ENTC

Experience : 1 - 6years in PLC programming and site commissioning(Freshers can also apply)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a PLC/Automation Engineer with hands‑on experience in PLC programming, HMI and SCADA development using Siemens, Rockwell or Schneider platforms.

The role involves PLC logic development, troubleshooting, FAT/SAT support, commissioning and remote site support. Willingness to travel to customer/project sites is mandatory, along with good knowledge of automation systems and electrical/P&ID drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and troubleshoot PLC programs, HMI and SCADA applications.
• Hands‑on programming using Siemens / Rockwell / Schneider platforms.
• Work on Ladder, FBD, STL, SCL and S88 programming standards.
• Support FAT, SAT, site commissioning and remote troubleshooting.
• Prepare I/O lists and automation documentation.
• Develop SCADA screens using WinCC, FactoryTalk, Wonderware InTouch/System Platform.
• Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, SCADA and communication issues.
• Understand P&ID and electrical drawings.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Industry 4.0, IIoT, Server-Client architecture, ESXi and Batch/RSBatch is preferred.

Required Skills:

• 1 Basic automation platform- Siemens/Rockwell/Schneider/Wonderware
• 2 Knowledge of various programming languages on S88 standard, ladder, STL, FBD, SCL
• 3 In depth knowledge of HMI and SCADA, e. g WinCC, Factory Talk, In Touch, System platform, Fault findings, trouble shooting, P&ID understanding, SQL, Industry 4.0, IIoT platform
• 6 Server client setup, ESXI and system architecture
• 7 In Batch, RS Batch knowledge
• 8 Basic knowledge of electrical drawings readings and components identification.
