Job summary

wroots global pvt ltd in Bengaluru is seeking an enthusiastic Team Leader BPO Recruitment to lead a growing recruitment team and drive high-volume hiring. You will manage a team of recruiters, hit daily/monthly targets, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely closures of requirements.

The role requires 2–7 years of BPO recruitment experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with job portals and candidate sourcing platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in BPO recruitment.
• Prior team-handling or mentoring experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of BPO/high-volume recruitment.
• Strong leadership, follow-up, and target-management skills.
• Experience with job portals and candidate sourcing platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
