• Strong BPO and/or IT hiring experience (mandatory).
• Corporate recruitment experience (not purely consultancy-based).
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Manage end-to-end lateral hiring with targets of 100+ hires per quarter.
• Drive recruitment for BPO and IT roles across multiple levels.
• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce plans and hiring priorities.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and vendors.
• Manage and optimize recruitment vendors and consultancies.
• Track and report key hiring metrics including TAT, cost per hire, and quality of hire.
• Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and corporate standards.
• Lead, mentor, and guide recruiters (if applicable) to meet hiring SLAs.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Role Summary
