Job summary

Equitas Small Finance Bank is seeking a Team Leader in Branch Banking to oversee daily operations and ensure branch-level compliance and customer service excellence at H S R layout. This is a permanent, office-based role within the Rest of India 2 zone (Branch 3003).

You will drive KRA execution, supervise cash and records, and coordinate with Customer Experience to maintain service standards. One opening, end date 14 Nov 2026.

Responsibilities

• Audit Ratings: Branch Low Risk or below
• Ensuring Operational Instructions are followed as per bank guidelines (Exhaustive online BOM Checklist to be followed strictly)
• Ageing of suspense accounts < 7 days, Monitoring of Suspense account to keep in control
• ATM & Vault EOD - CBR, To be updated on daily basis without error apart from Technical error
• BCP as per process
• Maintaining CRL within limits
• Exhaustive Checklist need to be complied in total
