Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. in Ludhiana is seeking a Branch Business Head with 10-14 years of experience to lead the North zone branch operations. The role focuses on achieving disbursement targets, managing branch performance, and driving customer-centric growth.

The successful candidate will oversee the Ludhiana branch, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure adherence to bank policies while delivering strong business results and sustainable growth.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve disbursement targets as per budget plan (UCV & NCV) with 20% Actual Disbursement vs Objectives as per annexure 1
• Ensure SO productivity per target (20% achievement) as per annexure 2
• Manage Branch Portfolio to meet 15% target as per annexure 3
• Complete PDD on time for loans disbursed (10% achievement) as per annexure 4
• Cross-sell penetration targets (10% achievement) as per annexure 5
• WIRR per product matrix (10% achievement) as per annexure 6
• Team management duties and training requirements (5% average mandays) per annexure 7
• Team development metrics: attrition and incentive eligibility percentage as per annexure 8
• Culture ambassador metrics: branch visit score as per annexure 9
