Job summary

Yellow Box Hr Services in Kolkata seeks a warehouse operations professional to manage inbound, outbound, inventory, and reverse logistics while driving quality and efficiency on the ground.

This role requires 2+ years in warehouse operations, familiarity with Google Sheets, and the ability to work as part of a target-driven team in day/night shifts. F&V experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Having F&V experience will be an added advantage.
• Know-how of Google Sheets is must.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse process knowledge (Inbound, outbound, Inventory management, reverse logistics).
• Stock audit & reduce shrink.
• Manpower management.
• Driving process on ground ensuring quality & efficiency.
• Coordination with multiple stakeholders for driving overall operations.
• Planning & managing reverse logistics.
• Plan and identify root causes of inventory deviation through cause-and-effect analysis.
• Drive productivity and improve cost efficiency.
• FEFO & FIFO Management.
• Coordination with Dark Store operations team for smooth material movement.
