Job summary

Yellow Box Hr Services in Kolkata seeks a Warehouse Operations Executive to oversee inbound and outbound processes, inventory management, reverse logistics, and stock audits, ensuring accurate, timely material movement and shrink control.

You will coordinate with multiple stakeholders, implement FEFO and FIFO handling, perform root-cause analysis for inventory deviations, drive productivity, and seek cost efficiencies. Shifts (day and night) are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations.
• F&V experience will be an added advantage.
• Know-how of Google Sheets is a must.
• Ability to work as a team player in a target-driven work environment.
• Open to day and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse process knowledge (Inbound, outbound, Inventory management, reverse logistics).
• Stock audit & shrink reduction.
• Manpower management.
• Drive on-ground process ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders for driving overall operations.
• Planning & managing reverse logistics.
• Identify root causes of inventory deviation through cause-and-effect analysis.
• Drive productivity and improve cost efficiency.
• FEFO & FIFO management.
• Coordinate with Dark Store operations team for smooth material movement.
