Job summary

Nyukti Business Solutions in India seeks an experienced recruitment professional to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple client requirements. You will lead a team of recruiters, mentor them to meet daily targets, and coordinate profiles with clients.

The role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates, building strong pipelines, and delivering timely closures while maintaining excellent candidate experience and professional communication.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with experience in team handling.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong Hindi communication skills; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
• Proven experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Ability to manage recruitment targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and candidate-management skills.
• Confident, proactive, and capable of independently handling client requirements.
• Experience with recruitment portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, or similar platforms will be preferred.
• Candidates with prior experience as Senior Recruiter, Recruitment Team Lead, or Team Leader Recruitment are preferred.
