Job summary

Blitz is hiring for a key operations role to manage shift activities across picking, packing, dispatch and inventory in India. You will plan rosters, drive frontline staff productivity, monitor orders in real time, ensure SLA adherence and maintain stock accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Quick Commerce / Dark Store operations and strong communication and problem-solving skills. This role focuses on last-mile efficiency and loss prevention in a fast-paced environment.
