Job summary

Blitz in Delhi is seeking an experienced dark store operations professional to oversee end-to-end store activities, inventory, order processing, and dispatch for Same-Day Delivery services. You will manage staffing, ensure accurate picking and timely shipping, and monitor KPIs to meet SLA and customer expectations.

The role requires 3–5 years in similar operations, strong problem-solving and people-management skills, and familiarity with Patna area delivery clusters for regional coordination.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in dark store, warehouse, retail operations, or logistics.
• Strong understanding of dark store operations, inventory management, and last-mile delivery workflows.
• Hands-on experience with RTO management, stock reconciliation, inventory aging, and dispatch planning.
• Strong people management and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of local geography of Patna and surrounding delivery clusters.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end dark store operations including inventory, order processing, dispatch, and last-mile coordination.
• Plan daily manpower requirements including pickers, packers, and delivery executives based on order volume and demand trends.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, and timely dispatch of orders to meet SLA and customer expectations.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock inward/outward, RTO handling, stock aging, and shrinkage control.
• Maintain high standards of store hygiene, safety, and operational compliance.
• Track operational KPIs such as order fulfilment rate, dispatch TAT, inventory accuracy, and delivery success rate.
• Coordinate with central teams, vendors, and delivery partners to resolve operational issues.
• Handle on boarding, training, and performance monitoring of store staff and delivery executives.
• Provide real-time support to ensure smooth order fulfillment and excellent customer experience.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
