Job summary

Delhivery is seeking an operations lead to manage daily last-mile delivery and dispatch operations in Kerala. You will monitor shipment allocation, delivery performance, and closure while coordinating delivery executives and hub teams to ensure timely delivery and minimize undelivered shipments.

• Ensure timely delivery and minimize pending/undelivered shipments.
• Track key operational metrics such as productivity, SLA, RTO, and delivery success rate.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues.
• Plan manpower and ensure proper rider attendance and productivity.
• Coordinate with hub, customer support, and other teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain daily operational reports and performance trackers.
