Job summary

Delhivery is seeking a Last-Mile Operations Supervisor in Kerala to oversee daily delivery operations, lead and motivate delivery executives/riders to hit daily targets, and ensure timely dispatch with high delivery success rates across all routes.

You will monitor shipment movement and performance, handle escalations, plan rider allocation and optimize routes for efficiency, and coordinate with hubs and customer service for smooth operations.
