Job summary

Delhi Public School Ghaziabad Society (DPSG Ghaziabad) is seeking an experienced Microsoft Administrator to manage IT infrastructure for 6000+ users across nine campuses. The role covers LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, firewall, VPN, routing, and connectivity, plus Windows servers, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and file services.

You will coordinate upgrades, monitor systems, and ensure SOP compliance. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in IT support or infra management, preferably in education, with strong vendor

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure management.
• Experience in the education sector is preferred.
• Ability to design, implement and maintain IT infrastructure and services.

Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft infrastructure for 6000+ users across 9 campuses.
• Oversee LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewall, VPN, switching, routing, and connectivity.
• Administer Windows servers, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Coordinate hardware/software upgrades and installations.
• Monitor system performance, logs, and security incidents.
• Ensure SOP compliance and regulatory standards.
• Plan and implement IT infrastructure including cloud and storage.
• Coordinate with school teams to collect data and prepare reports.

Role & responsibilities

• Managing Microsoft Administrator for 6000+ user across 9 campuses.
• Oversee LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewall, VPN, switching, routing, and internet connectivity.
• Delivered end-to-end IT infrastructure support across the organization.
• Manage Windows servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Servers,
• Coordinated hardware/software upgrades & installations.
• Managed system files, inventory, and ensured adherence to SOPs.
• Supported system efficiency through continuous monitoring & updates.
• Monitor logs, incidents, and respond to security threats.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
• Handle escalations and critical incidents.
• Plan, design, and implement IT infrastructure including servers, storage, networking, cloud, and security systems.
• Coordinate with the school team to collect data and prepare reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5-8 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure management, or digital learning enablement.
• Experience in the education/school sector preferred.
