Job summary

The IT Lead at Larsen & Toubro (L&T) Bengaluru will oversee the organization's IT infrastructure and administration, while owning collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud. This role is critical for ensuring stable, secure, and scalable IT operations in a fast-growing startup environment.

You will drive policy, asset management, vendor coordination, and end-user support to enable product teams and employees, including managing networks and cloud resources and ensuring data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in IT administration and Microsoft environments.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals and cloud services.
• Experience in user support, vendor coordination, and IT operations.
• Basic understanding of information security and data protection frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT administration including infrastructure, end-user computing, networks, and cloud services.
• Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), AVD and Azure cloud.
• Design, manage, and govern LAN, WAN & wireless.
• Govern IT support to employees for hardware, software, and collaboration tools.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, licenses, vendor contracts, and service renewals.
• Implement cybersecurity basics including endpoint protection, backups, patching, and access control.
• Define and maintain IT policies, SOPs, and user guidelines.
• Support data protection, information security, and compliance requirements (ISO 27001:2022).
