Job summary

Radial Omnichannel Technologies is seeking an experienced Lead IT Support Engineer to manage Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, administer Windows Server infrastructure, and oversee firewall/VPN configurations for 100+ users. The role leads critical IT operations and supports IT projects in a collaborative setting.

The ideal candidate has extensive IT support experience, strong security fundamentals, and a track record of vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of IT Support experience.
• 3+ years in a Lead IT Support role.
• Experience supporting 100+ users.
• Hybrid Cloud environment experience.
• Intune, Endpoint Manager, N-able RMM experience.
• Strong firewall and security operations background.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 & Level 2 IT Support.
• Manage Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• Administer Windows Server infrastructure.
• Configure and support Fortinet Firewalls & VPNs.
• Manage user onboarding, offboarding & device setup.
• Monitor system performance and IT service availability.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party support teams.
• Support IT projects, upgrades, and migrations.
• Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory.
