Job summary

Qualitykiosk Technologies in Mumbai is seeking an experienced QA Lead for Banking/Financial Services projects. You will direct end-to-end testing efforts, plan and estimate testing activities, and coordinate with business, development and product teams to ensure successful releases.

The role requires strong hands-on QA in UAT, regression and integration testing, plus knowledge of Jira, test management tools, and agile methodologies. Excellent communication and ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience leading QA in Banking/FS projects.
• Proficient in test planning, estimation and end-to-end testing.
• Experience in UAT, regression and integration testing.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and defect tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA team and manage end-to-end testing activities.
• Plan, estimate and execute testing across projects.
• Coordinate with Business, Development and Product teams.
• Drive defect triage, risk management and release readiness.
