Job summary

Skillventory is seeking a strategic QA leader to drive QE strategy, governance and delivery assurance for Retail Net & Mobile Banking. You will mentor SDETs and QA Engineers, advance automation maturity across Agile squads, and own release sign-offs, defect governance and production readiness.

Expertise in web, mobile, API testing, RBI compliance and CI/CD is required; familiarity with GCP, Postman, API Gateway and observability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Lead QE strategy, QA governance, people management, and delivery assurance.
• Manage and mentor SDETs and QA Engineers; drive automation maturity across Agile squads.
• Hands-on understanding of Web, Mobile, API and Microservices automation.
• Experience with Selenium, Appium, REST Assured, Python, Katalon/EggPlant; Playwright/Cypress preferred.
• Lead testing across UPI, Payments, Deposits, Onboarding, Lending, Cards and Investments.
• Drive Shift-Left, CI/CD, TDD/BDD, DevSecOps, performance and resilience testing.
• Experience with GCP logs, Postman, API Gateway and observability.
• Ensure RBI compliance with security, audit and regulatory requirements.
• Own release sign-offs, defect governance, RCA, production readiness and quality metrics.
• Strong stakeholder management with Product, Engineering, Architecture and Release teams.
