Job summary

Imperative Business Ventures in Pune invites an experienced Project Lead / Head – Transaction Banking UAT Testing to own the UAT strategy, scope, plan, milestones, governance, test coverage, defect management, reporting, risk acceptance, release readiness, and evidence-based sign-off for a 1-year contractual position.

You will coordinate business testers, environments, test data, access, dependencies and stakeholders across Business, Operations, Product, Technology, Risk and Compliance to ensure

Qualifications

• Experience in QA, UAT, or banking technology projects.
• Strong knowledge of test design and traceability.
• Familiarity with payments, cash management, and regulatory reporting.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional testers and stakeholders.
• Experience with risk-based testing methodologies.
• Proficient in test evidence and reporting.
• Proficient in SQL or data validation for test data.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar tools.
• Exposure to regression and retesting cycles.
• Knowledge of ISO 20022 or SWIFT is preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own UAT strategy, scope, plan, milestones, governance, test coverage, defect management, reporting, risk acceptance, release readiness, and sign-off.
• Coordinate business testers, environments, test data, access, dependencies, and stakeholders across Business, Operations, Product, Technology, Risk, and Compliance.
