Job summary

Zepto is seeking a Hub Inventory & Operations Lead in Puducherry to own inventory accuracy, ageing, DOH and stock health across the delivery hub, ensuring strict process adherence and safety.

You will drive shrinkage control by identifying loss points, implementing SOPs, audits and corrective actions, manage inbound, putaway, picking, dispatch, returns and reconciliation, lead rostering and performance management, and use data to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous efficiency gains while

Responsibilities

• Own inventory management at the delivery hub, including stock accuracy, ageing, DOH, and overall stock health.
• Drive shrinkage control by identifying loss points, implementing SOPs, audits, and corrective actions.
• Manage end-to-end store operations inbound, putaway, picking, dispatch, returns, and reconciliation.
• Ensure strict adherence to process, safety, and compliance standards across shifts.
• Define, track, and improve operational KPIs like fill rate, inventory accuracy, shrink %, productivity, and SLA adherence.
• Lead manpower planning and handling — rostering, productivity tracking, performance management, and on-ground issue resolution.
• Use data to identify bottlenecks, recommend process improvements, and drive continuous efficiency gains.
• Handle escalations related to inventory mismatch, manpower shortages, or operational disruptions.
• Drive training and capability building for team members to ensure consistent execution at scale.
