Job summary

Zepto in Tamil Nadu's delivery network is seeking an operations professional to own inventory management at the delivery hub, including stock accuracy, ageing, DOH, and overall stock health, while driving shrinkage control and end-to-end store operations from inbound to reconciliation.

• Own inventory management at the delivery hub, including stock accuracy, ageing, DOH, and overall stock health.
• Drive shrinkage control by identifying loss points, implementing SOPs, audits, and corrective actions.
• Manage end-to-end store operations inbound, putaway, picking, dispatch, returns and reconciliation.
• Ensure strict adherence to process, safety, and compliance standards across shifts.
• Define, track, and improve operational KPIs like fill rate, inventory accuracy, shrink %, productivity, and SLA adherence.
• Lead manpower planning and handling — rostering, productivity tracking, performance management, and on-ground issue resolution.
• Use data to identify bottlenecks, recommend process improvements, and drive continuous efficiency gains.
• Handle escalations related to inventory mismatch, manpower shortages, or operational disruptions.
• Drive training and capability building for team members to ensure consistent execution at scale.
