Job summary

Paytm is seeking a seasoned logistics professional to oversee inventory management and warehouse operations across hubs. You will manage stock levels, optimize stock mix, and coordinate receiving, storing, and shipping of products while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 8-12 years in logistics or supply chain, deep knowledge of inventory principles, strong team leadership for warehouse staff, and the ability to analyze data to cut waste and improve service levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels at assigned hubs to ensure optimal stock mix, quantity, and value alignment with city PDP.
• Oversee daily operations of warehouses, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate prices, improve service levels, and reduce costs.
• Ensure accurate tracking of inventory movements through GRNs (Goods Received Notes) and issue memos.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and implement process improvements.
