Job summary

Zepto is seeking a Team Lead - Deputy Delivery Hub Manager within the DH Operations Department in India. You will own hub inventory health, drive shrinkage control, and manage end-to-end store operations across inbound, putaway, picking, dispatch, and returns.

You will track KPIs, plan manpower, and lead training to scale operations while ensuring safety and compliance. The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and experience in ecommerce/retail operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory metrics like shrinkage, cycle count, and inventory audits.
• Proven ability to manage large on-ground teams across shifts.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder coordination capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory health: stock accuracy, ageing, DOH, and overall health.
• Drive shrinkage control via SOPs, audits, and corrective actions.
• Manage end-to-end hub operations: inbound, putaway, picking, dispatch, returns, reconciliation.
• Ensure adherence to processes, safety, and compliance across shifts.
• Define and monitor KPIs: fill rate, inventory accuracy, shrink %, productivity, SLA adherence.
• Lead manpower planning, rostering, and performance management.
• Use data to identify bottlenecks and drive efficiency improvements.
• Handle escalations related to inventory, manpower, or operations disruptions.
• Drive training and capability building for consistent execution.

• Lead manpower planning and handling rostering, productivity tracking, performance management, and on-ground issue resolution.


• Use data to identify bottlenecks, recommend process improvements, and drive continuous efficiency gains.


• Handle escalations related to inventory mismatch, manpower shortages, or operational disruptions.


• Drive training and capability building for team members to ensure consistent execution at scale.
