Job summary

Zepto is seeking a Manager II - Deputy Cluster Manager to own end-to-end operations for a cluster of 8–12 dark stores in Bengaluru, overseeing inbound to dispatch, ensuring seamless execution and strict SLA adherence across all sites. • 3–6+ years in warehouse/dark store/fulfilment center operations across multiple sites.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end warehouse operations from inbound to dispatch.
• Proven experience leading large ground teams across locations.
• Hands-on with dashboards and KPIs for data-driven operational reviews.
• Strong execution in high-volume, high-pressure environments.
• Process-oriented mindset with SOP enforcement and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high inventory accuracy through control mechanisms, audits, and loss-prevention initiatives.
• Drive quality compliance across handling, storage, and dispatch; standardize SOPs across all nodes.
• Lead Store Managers and large ground teams with manpower alignment across throughput demands and extended-hour formats.
• Continuously improve throughput, reduce shrinkage and damages, and drive cost efficiencies across the cluster.
• Own operational performance reviews through dashboards, governance cadence, and metric-driven accountability.
