Job summary

Bonito Designs in Navi Mumbai seeks a dynamic sales professional to drive client acquisition and service delivery. You will understand client requirements, present customized solutions, and guide conversations toward conversion.

You will coordinate with design and projects teams, manage end-to-end communications, and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, builders, and consultants. On-site meetings and site visits are a core part of the role with a strong emphasis on targets.

Responsibilities

• Meet and liaise with clients to discuss requirements.
• Provide solutions and generate quotations tailored to needs.
• Coordinate with design and projects teams to deliver on client needs.
• Single point of contact for the client until project conversion.
• Generate leads and participate in marketing initiatives.
• Arrange meetings and conduct site visits to showcase work.
• Monitor service delivery and campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain long databases and follow up regularly.

Role & responsibilities

• Passion for sales and prior experience in sales with proven results. Preferable real estate, institutional, hospitality and high-end automobile sales.
• Experience in any client servicing role
• Quick on the feet attitude
• Good communication skills, written and oral
• Good interpersonal skills
• High level focus on achieving targets and ability to work under pressure
• Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their requirements
• Systematic approach to maintaining long lists of databases and ensuring regular follow-ups
• Client/partners could be individual homeowners, builders, commercial establishments or other consultants
• Working with various internal teams to meet and deliver the clients requirements
• Be the single point of contact for the client till project conversion and report progress to seniors periodically
• Take up new initiatives, ideate and execute on new/existing lead generation methods
• Presenting workable solutions to clients which leads to conversions
• Raising estimates/quotations for clients based on customization
• Monitoring the effectiveness of service delivery and campaigns (if any)
• Arranging and attending meetings with clients within the office or outside of office
• Taking clients on site visits to showcase the companies work
