Job summary

TP is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional in Thane, India to manage and streamline AR processes, including invoice creation, credit checks, and payment application. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely reporting, and process improvements within the AR function.

Job description

Accounts Receivable work is focused on administering, designing, and ensuring compliance with accounts receivable processes including:

• Invoice generation based on purchase orders (including applicable discounts)
• Verification of customer credit approval and applicable payment terms
• Verification of invoices vs. shipping documents
• Payment processing and application to customer balances in the accounts receivable ledger, including reconciliation of cash payments
• Accounts receivable age analysis and reporting
• May include collections activities
