Job summary

AvenuesAI Limited in Mumbai is seeking an Accounts Receivable specialist to manage collections, invoicing, and receivables records. The role involves forecasting cash flow, generating AR reports, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

You will coordinate with banks and partners on non-payment cases, lead the AR team, and provide regular status updates to the Reporting Manager. This is a full-time position based in Maharashtra, Mumbai.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing timely collection of payments/subvention billables
• Monitoring invoicing procedures
• Consistent follow-up
• Interacting with banks/partners in non-payment cases
• Creating and keeping records of invoices and other receivables
• Forecasting monthly, quarterly and annual results and creating reports on them
• Ensuring that all accounts receivable procedures are in compliance with legal regulations
• Overseeing those accounts receivable team performs in agreement with accounting principles
• Weekly presentation of account receivables status to Reporting Manger
