Job summary

INFINX is seeking a capable Team Lead for its Pre-Authorization unit to manage a night shift team of AR denial specialists. The role requires a minimum of 4 years in US calling processes, strong RCM knowledge, and leadership experience managing at least 25 staff.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payment posting, credit balance handling, charge entry, and HIPAA basics, with excellent communication and Excel skills. Willingness to work night shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have graduation in any stream.
• Experience in US healthcare payer processes is essential.
• Strong knowledge of AR denials (voice) and end-to-end RCM.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and basic Microsoft tools.

Responsibilities

• Distribute workload among team members.
• Assist team in resolving work-related issues and decision making.
• Provide leadership to project teams; ensure productivity and quality.
• Escalate issues affecting work and drive resolutions.
• Coordinate training for new hires and existing team members.
