Responsibilities

• Manage a team of AR assistants and AR Executives to ensure efficient medical billing processes.
• Lead and manage AR Callers to resolve outstanding accounts receivable in a timely manner.
• Review aging reports and prioritize high-value and aging accounts for follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in medical billing.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and escalate issues to internal teams as needed.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage a team of AR assistants to ensure efficient medical billing processes.
• Lead and manage a team of AR Executives/AR Callers to ensure efficient and timely resolution of outstanding accounts receivable.
• Must be well-versed in the details of alevels and functions within the full scope of the Revenue Cycle of US Healthcare.
• Review aging reports and prioritize high-value, critical, and aging accounts for timely follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all aspects of medical billing.
• Strong leadership and ability to delegate and provide direction.

• Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
• Handle escalations and coordinate with internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with US healthcare RCM standards and client requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/Post-Graduate
• 1+ years of Team Lead/Supervisory experience in US Healthcare RCM.
• Strong experience in AR Follow-up and Denial Management.
• Good knowledge of the end-to-end US Healthcare RCM cycle.
• Strong leadership, communication, delegation, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of medical billing, claims, denials, appeals, and AR aging.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and performance reporting.
• Willingness to work in US/night shifts, if applicable.
