Job summary

INFINX is seeking a Team Leader / Senior Team Leader for the Pre-Authorization department to manage a night shift US healthcare AR denials operation. You will lead a team, distribute workload, and drive productivity and quality while maintaining client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has minimum 4 years of experience in US calling processes, hands-on expertise in payment posting, credit balances and charge entry, and strong people-management and communication skills to mentor and guide team

Qualifications

• Graduate from any stream
• Willing to work in any shift
• Must have min 4 years exp in AR denials (Voice)
• Must be a TC/TL/SME or Specialist in team handling role.
• Should have handled at least 25 people and should have good people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Distribution of Workload to team members
• Helping the team in handling & resolution of work-related problems, understanding & interpretation of Issues and decision making.
• Provide leadership and focus to the project teams. Responsible for the productivity, quality and overall performance of the projects
• Escalate and follow up for resolution for all issues that affect work.
• Learn and implement new client systems. Co-ordinate and organize training for new joinee as well as for existing members of the team based on the project’s requirement.
• Interaction with the clients & taking feedback from clients and formulating Strategies to meet the client’s specific needs and expectations.

• Basic knowledge of HIPAA guidelines
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft tools
