Job summary

Money View is seeking an energetic Sales leader to guide a team of Digital sales agents focused on converting leads for Secured Lending (HL/LAP). The role spans multiple regions in India, offering growth as a digital lending leader and exposure to end-to-end customer journeys.

You will coach a team of 5-10 agents, drive conversions, and collaborate with field sales and operations to ensure smooth customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Digital sales / inside sales, preferably in secured lending (HL / LAP).
• Experience leading a team of 5–10 Digital sales agents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 5-10 Digital sales agents, driving high performance and productivity.
• Ensure achievement of team targets for lead-to-login and lead-to-disbursal conversions.
• Build processes that deliver excellent customer experience, including call quality, timely follow-up, and accurate documentation.
• Coordinate closely with field sales and operations for seamless customer journeys.
• Monitor agent KPIs, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
• Handle customer escalations professionally.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and upskilling of agents.

for diverse customer segments across multiple regions of India, providing a platform to develop as a well-rounded leader in digital lending.

Experience & Skills
