Sunstone Education in India seeks an Admissions Counsellor to engage with prospective students and parents. You will explain programs, guide through the admission process, and ensure timely follow-ups across the funnel.

The role requires clear communication, campus and program knowledge, and the ability to progress applicants through registrations and interviews.

• Prior experience in education admissions or student counselling preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Lead calling: contact prospective students and parents from marketing campaigns and enquiries.
• Counsel students on Vedams program, curriculum, learning model, campus experience, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and admission process.
• Follow up with interested prospects to ensure timely communication at every stage of the admissions funnel.
• Assist applicants to complete their applications, register for VSAT, attend interviews, and move through the admission process.
• Address common questions and concerns, escalating complex queries when needed.
• Maintain accurate call records, lead status, follow-up dates, and interactions in the CRM.
• Aim to meet daily calling, follow-up, application, and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with admissions and growth teams to improve lead quality and conversions.
• Share objections and lead feedback to improve counselling scripts and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Calling: Call prospective students and parents from marketing campaigns, enquiries, and other lead sources.
• Student Counselling: Explain Vedams program, curriculum, learning model, campus experience, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and admission process.
• Lead Follow-ups: Follow up with interested prospects and ensure timely communication at every stage of the admissions funnel.
• Application Conversions: Encourage eligible and interested students to complete their applications, register for VSAT, attend interviews, and progress through the admission process.
• Query Resolution: Address common questions and concerns from students and parents, escalating complex queries when required.
• Lead Management: Maintain accurate call records, lead status, follow-up dates, and interactions in the CRM.
• Target Achievement: Meet daily calling, follow-up, application, and conversion targets.
• Coordination: Work closely with the admissions and growth teams to improve lead quality, follow-up efficiency, and conversions.
• Feedback & Insights: Share recurring objections, student concerns, and lead feedback to help improve counselling scripts and campaign effectiveness.
