TeamLease in India is seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage recruitment operations, drive team performance, and ensure timely closure of staffing requirements. The role includes team productivity, client coordination, candidate sourcing and achieving recruitment targets.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years in recruitment, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and MIS tracking. This position focuses on fast-paced delivery and quality staffing outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters/sourcing executives.

• Coordinate with clients for requirements, feedback, interviews, and closures.
• Track recruitment funnel, interview status, selections, offers, and joining.
• Monitor team KPIs, TAT, conversion ratios, and daily/weekly targets.
• Conduct regular team reviews and provide coaching to improve performance.
• Handle escalations related to candidates, clients, and recruitment operations.

The candidate will be responsible for team productivity, client coordination, candidate sourcing, and achieving recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters/sourcing executives.
• Allocate requirements and monitor daily team performance and productivity.
• Ensure timely sourcing and submission of relevant candidate profiles.
• Coordinate with clients for requirements, feedback, interviews, and closures.
• Track recruitment funnel, interview status, selections, offers, and joining.
• Monitor team KPIs, TAT, conversion ratios, and daily/weekly targets.
• Conduct regular team reviews and provide coaching to improve performance.
• Handle escalations related to candidates, clients, and recruitment operations.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment processes and quality standards.
• Support the team in achieving monthly hiring and joining targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment/staffing, preferably with team-handling experience.
• Good knowledge of sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, job portals, and other channels.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment metrics and staffing processes.
• Strong team management and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment MIS.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred candidate profile
