Job summary

Amazon India is seeking a shift supervisor to manage daily shift operations, including administrative tasks, and job allocation for associates in our Gujarat fulfillment network.

The role requires mentoring teams on productivity, quality and safety, and conducting 4M and 5S audits daily. Fluency in English is preferred. This on-site position offers growth within a globally customer-obsessed company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1+ year of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Experience with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of shift including administrative management of associates and job allocation.
• Mentor associates on productivity, quality and safety.
• Monitor counts and troubleshoot queues.
• Prepare and implement training and development plans for associates.
• Conduct 4M and 5S audits daily.
• Stand-in for Area Manager.

One of the most critical roles is that of a process associates who mentor/guide the associates towards ensuring meeting the customer expectation by following our standard work practice keeping safety & quality in mind.

Job Deliverables
