Job summary

ASSPL in Tamil Nadu is seeking a Process Associate mentor to oversee daily shift operations, manage and allocate tasks to associates, and drive productivity with a focus on safety and quality. The role includes mentoring staff, conducting 4M/5S audits, and standing in for team leads as needed.

The candidate should have a high school education and hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, with 1–2 years in related roles. The position is based on-site in Tamil Nadu.

• Daily Management of shift.

• Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates.
• Conduct a 4M and 5S audit for the respective work stations on a daily basis.
• Stand-in for TL / AM.
