Job summary

Amazon Seller Services Private Limited in Gurugram is seeking an IXD shift supervisor to manage inbound and DA departments. You will oversee daily shift operations, allocate tasks, supervise associates, monitor productivity and quality, and implement training plans.

Bachelor's degree, fluency in English, and experience with Microsoft Office and Excel are required. Prior warehousing/logistics experience is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site role with growth opportunities.

• Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates.
• Conduct a 4M and 5S audit for the respective work stations daily.
