Ideal candidates bring 8–12 years of experience in ServiceNow environments, provide architectural oversight, and collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver robust ITSM/ITOM

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural and design oversight to ensure all solutions are fit for purpose and use.
• Understand the current 'as is processes' and deliver toolset changes based on upcoming process changes.
• Customization or development of enhancement requests for existing ITSM/ITOM tools and processes
• Work closely with BAs, Architects, Testing team and process teams.
• Take respective ownership as an individual contributor throughout the project lifecycle.
