Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Pune is seeking an End User Computing administrator with 4-8 years of experience to manage desktops, laptops, and VDI environments. The role requires strong Windows OS and M365 skills and hands-on experience with SCCM and Intune.

The candidate will handle patch management, imaging, and ITIL-aligned processes, while coordinating across multi-vendor environments and driving evergreen update strategies in a fast-paced EC environment.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in end-user computing administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, M365, and endpoint security.
• Hands-on with SCCM, Intune and imaging tools.

Responsibilities

• Device Management Expertise: Strong knowledge of desktops, laptops, thin clients, and VDI environments.
• OS & Endpoint Management: Proficiency in Windows OS, M365, and endpoint security.
• Configuration & Deployment Tools: Hands-on experience with SCCM, Intune, and imaging tools.
• Application Packaging & Patch Management: Ability to package applications and deploy patches effectively.
• ITSM Process Knowledge: Familiarity with Incident, Problem, and Change Management (ITIL framework).
• Inventory & CMDB Management: Skilled in maintaining accurate asset records and lifecycle tracking.
• Automation Skills: Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, VBScript) for automation.
• Evergreen Services: Experience in implementing continuous update strategies.
• VDI & Cloud EUC Solutions: Familiarity with Citrix, VMware Horizon, or Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Reporting & analytics: Ability to generate trend analysis and performance reports.
