Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced EUC Lead to guide and mentor a team of EUC engineers and desktop support analysts in a 24x7 environment. The role emphasizes incident escalation, RCA-driven improvements, and driving automation to enhance operations.

The ideal candidate has 6-8 years in Remote EUC, strong ITIL knowledge, and hands-on experience with Nexthink and Intune. This position requires leadership capabilities and capacity to manage shifts and resources effectively.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in remote EUC.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL; ITIL certification preferred.
• Experience in shift and/or resource management.
• Experience in leading and mentoring EUC engineers.
• Knowledge of Nexthink and Intune.
