Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Chennai is seeking a Senior EUC Architect with 10–12 years of experience to own the End-User Computing strategy and modernization. You will lead enterprise-wide endpoint management, design scalable VDI/workspace solutions, and drive security, automation and governance across EUC services.

The role requires deep hands-on expertise with Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, SCCM and O365, along with strong stakeholder communication and governance capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of EUC/End‑User Computing architecture experience.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot and Entra ID.
• Experience with Windows 11 lifecycle management and OS hardening.
• MDM across iOS/Android and app packaging/patch management.
• Experience implementing Zero Trust, Conditional Access and endpoint security.
• Strong ITIL processes and enterprise change governance knowledge.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and architectural governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Own EUC architecture, roadmap & modernization for the enterprise.
• Design & govern enterprise‑wide endpoint management (Intune, SCCM, Autopilot).
• Define device configuration, compliance, security & lifecycle standards.
